2.25

Dear Daniel -

Hi little buddy! Not sure if 2.25 is a super exciting thing for you or not, but I figured you deserved a little update!

- You are talking up a storm these days! You have the cutest little voice and you usually can express to us what you want!

- You love it when I ask, "Daniel, who loves you?" and then you proceed to list off all of our family members. It's so cute! Usually somewhere in the list you pat your chest and I say "you love you?" and you say "yes!" So cute!

- You love to give hugs and kisses ... You're very affectionate ... It's so cute!

- You still love to follow your big brother around and you look up to everything he does! You two play really well together and it's very sweet.

- One day when we were leaving school from dropping Matthew off I asked you "Daniel, do you want to go to go to school when you get big?" And you said "no, play momma". It was so adorable!

- You are getting a lot better recognizing colors. For a long time, everything was "blue" but now you can usually identify orange and green and can say red and yellow too.

- You (and your brother) are both in really big daddy boy phases. It is so cute. A time or two or three you have absolutely had a temper tantrum when I so much as get your jacket off the hook or attempt to get you out of your car seat. Too funny, little guy!

- You are one tall boy from all the chasing around you do! You are still rocking the 18m and 18-24m pants although they are getting a little short :). Shirts are usually 2T. You wear size 5 diapers.

- You are a good little eater and a good sleeper. You go to bed around 7:30, get up around 7, and nap from 1-3.

You are such a fun, happy little guy and we love you so much!
