Hi!
As most of you know, DAVE GOT A JOB! He will be starting at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth on February 22nd. We are so fortunate and so happy! He has been looking for jobs since April or May and this is the first one that was posted in the state!
The plan right now is to rent somewhere in Duluth for ~6 months and then buy a house. I am going to work the first week of March, have the baby here, and then be back and forthing for awhile until our condo here sells. It will be a very exciting time!
We have been slowly getting our condo ready to list, we got carpet in our 2 bedrooms this week, tile is going in the bathrooms this week, then the kitchen. We are also trying to get the baby's room somewhat setup / cleaned out.
