We had Matthew's First Birthday party on Sunday! We were so lucky to have so many family & friends able to attend! Thank you all!
Here goes ...
We were busy all week getting the house all spiffed up for the big party!
Matthew's cake - made by my mom & sister - how amazing is it?
My mom made Matthew some cute felt blocks for a shower so they were the inspiration for the cake.

He got a little antsy in the highchair so the real fun began when he was sitting on my lap.
Next it was time for presents. Luckily someone trustworthy was guarding them!
Matthew got lots of clothes, books, and Twins gear. I think his favorites were his two new trucks and his Twins bat which he carries around for about a 1/2 hour!
Being one is so much fun!
